Rostercrest

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Rostercrest collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

Who we are

Rostercrest is run by Aiden Vizer, trading as Rostercrest, in the United Kingdom. We are the "controller" of your personal data under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Contact: [email protected]

What this policy covers right now

Rostercrest has not launched yet. Today, the only personal data we collect is through this website and its waitlist. We describe below what the platform will collect when it launches, and we will update this policy before any of that data is collected.

Waitlist and website

What we collectWhyLegal basis
Your email address and whether you're a player or a scoutTo confirm you joined, tell you when Rostercrest opens and send launch newsYour consent
The date you joined and your country (worked out from your connection, not your exact location)To plan where to launch first and to spot spam sign-upsOur legitimate interest in running the waitlist
Emails you send usTo reply to youOur legitimate interest in answering messages

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after launch. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

When Rostercrest launches

When the platform opens, we expect to collect the following. This section will be updated with full details before launch.

Game data is never sold, and it is deleted when you unlink your account or delete your profile.

Children

Rostercrest is for people aged 13 and over. Players aged 13–17 are kept in a separate lobby for finding teammates and can't share their Riot ID. They can choose to be visible to verified scouts, but a parent or guardian is copied into every scout message and must approve any trial or contact outside Rostercrest. If we learn that someone under 13 has given us their data, we will delete it.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We use a small number of service providers who process data for us under contract:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision. We may also share data if the law requires it.

Keeping your data safe

We use secure, encrypted connections, two-factor sign-in on our accounts, and only collect what we need.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, restrict how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when anything changes and show the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email waitlist members.
